11. Scheme is valid for Vivo V15 Pro handsets sold within India within the promotion period of 20th Feb to 20th Mar 2019. No cash refund will be given to customer. Only broken touch screen replacement is covered under this scheme.

Jurisdiction
Decision of Vivo in relation to the Offer and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the customer. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and the courts located at Gurugram shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
